Family: Whitetip, a female cat that had a natural yellow pelt with a white tip at the tail.
Nightcloud, a Tom with a pelt very similar to the common black and white cow.

Pelt: Dapplepaw's coat is dappled with different shades of a low key yellow, giving of the impression of being in a spotlight. Gloves and boots of a light brown fade into the tom's pelt. Dapplepaw is often seen grooming his fluffy tail which starts a light yellow at the bottom and darkens toward the tip, ending in a shade of toasted banana, as a kittypet once said. The cat has a darker face, the large splotches of lighter fur surround his eyes.
Eye color: A smooth, pure amber.
Any distinguishing marks: Habit of excessively grooming his fluffy tail.
Body type: Lean and of average size, Dapplepaw's long fur makes him seem bulkier than most.
Biography: Dapplepaw was one in a small litter of two, but before he could open his eyes his runt of a sister died. Combined with the death of his father not one moon earlier, Dapplepaw's mother was hit pretty hard. Holding on just long enough for her kit to live without his mother's milk, the queen passed away from pure grief. Dapplepaw grew up under foster care from the other queens in the nursery at the time, and just chose not to dwell on the kit hood he doesn't even remember. A few moons after his mother's death, Dapplepaw was made an apprentice and had other more important things to worry about. It has been a moon since he earned the title "paw" and it is a key focus of Dapplepaw.
Personality: Dapplepaw is very aware of the separation between ranks, and acts differently accordingly. With other apprentices Dapplepaw is a cheerful flirt, full of life. Despite this carefree attitude, the tom actually has trouble committing to other cats, and even after he commits, the commitment is shaky. Once Dapplepaw gets the hint that a girl isn't interested, or, when he stops being interested, he can be quite normal, though rather quiet. When it comes to warriors or others who Dapplepaw sees as being in a position of power, Dapplepaw becomes a very respectful cat who keeps his opinions to himself. The dependent elders and kits are more of background noise to him more than anything else, though he does treat them with respect.
