Brushfire flashed out of the nursery to the medicine cat den.
She reared up on her back paws, took a deep breath, and out came what could only be described as a roar; "Shaaaaaaadooooooowpaaaaaaaaaaawww!!! Iiiiiit's tiiiiiiiiiime to geeeeet uuuup!"
Then she sat with a smile.

shadowpaw's ears flickered at the hissing coming from the lnxy shecat. "ok i am awake and i am ready to go now,but what if someone sees use leave and they stop and ask use where we are going then what?"

Brushfire thought for a second. "Hmmm.... Nocat's gunna ask, the sun just barely came up. Come on, I got Twilightclaw's little weapon here and food. And you got the herbs, right?" she didn't let him answer, just continued. "We better scram before somecat wakes up or my brother finds his little knife is missing."

Brushfire had tucked her brother's small dagger in her collar like a sword. Her green eyes flashed everywhere. She seemed suprized by how light the day was; because of how long she'd been awake only at night.
she had to keep reminding herself that she couldn't stare at the sun like she could the moon. She remembered her little brother Lynxeyes had been blinded by the sun. Of course, he had been controled in his sleep by a StarClan cat who had made him open his eyes and stare at it until he passed out again. His eyes did not turn out blue like a normal blind cats'; but a deep crimson.
She did not want that to happen to her.

Brushfire smiled.
"Honestly," she started, "I don't know what I would do if Twilightclaw left this world. He may seem like a horrible cat, but you don't see him when he's alone with me and my kits. He's acually a very sweet tom, he just doesn't show it. I'm sure your sister is fine. We just have to look in the right place to find her."
